ONERO Program

SWSM Homebush is excited to announce the launch of the ONERO™ program – a world-leading, evidence-based exercise program designed specifically for people with osteoporosis and low bone density.

Developed from cutting-edge research, ONERO™ uses targeted strength and impact training to:

  • Improve bone strength and density
  • Reduce the risk of falls and fractures
  • Enhance posture, balance, and overall mobility
  • Build confidence in everyday movement

Who is ONERO™ for?

ONERO™ is suitable for people who have:

  • Osteoporosis or osteopenia
  • Low bone density diagnosed by a DEXA scan
  • Concerns about bone health, balance, or falls
