Our High Performance rehab programs offers full guidance for a safe and successful return to sport. It provides a structured, evidence-based approach that progresses through protection, strength, neuromuscular control, agility, and sport-specific training.
All rehab memberships include a gym membership which gives you access to unlimited supervised High performance rehab gym and field classes, Gym access, and recovery pools.
High Performance memberships give you access to our state-of-the-art performance equipment including anti-grav treadmills, VALD Force Frames, Compex and Cryocuff.
We have programs tailored to the athlete’s recovery timeline, ensuring optimal performance development while minimising re-injury risk. With clear benchmarks, expert support, and performance testing, athletes are fully prepared for a confident and complete return to their sport.
Our rehab process is structured in a way to prioritise a safe, effective recovery. Each stage builds on the last starting with protection and mobility, then progressing to strength, agility, and sport-specific training. By gradually increasing load and intensity, it ensures a safe return to performance while minimising re-injury risk.
Key focus include recovering from surgery, protecting the graft, managing any initial pain, reinforcing optimal gait patterns, reducing swelling, and progressing range of motion in the knee. Maintain general conditioning and fitness.
Key focus is regaining muscle strength around the knee, introducing load to key movement patterns and building towards a return to run program. We begin to add energy system development to the program and start introducing Exercise Physiology treatment.
Focus shifts to accumulating absolute strength. Building on the tissue capacity to now working towards max strength & hypertrophy whilst building up running capacity and low to medium level plyometric exercises.

Dean McNamara is an experienced exercise physiologist, sports scientist and strength & conditioning coach. Dean has a strong interest in the sports science and the management of athletes. He has completed a PhD at the Australian Catholic University. The focus of his PhD was monitoring workload and fatigue in elite cricketers. Dean continues to publish his work and has reviewed papers for several international sports science publications.
Dean works with Australia’s leading cricketers and is currently the physical performance/sports science manager for Cricket NSW and Sydney Thunder BBL teams. Additionally he regularly tours with the Australian Men’s Cricket Team as the Physical Performance Coach.

Chris is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist.
He has a keen interest and vast experience in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, injury prevention, strength and conditioning programs, athletic development and VO2 Max testing. Chris’ extensive work experience includes consulting for Cricket NSW, Football NSW, working with National Rugby League and NSW Cup players, National level Track and Field athletes, as well as professional Mixed Martial Artists.
Chris is currently the Head of Sport Science & Strength and Conditioning at Sydney FC.
Qualifications:
Ticara is an ASCA accredited Strength and Conditioning coach who graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of High Performance Sport. She has worked in organisations such as NSW Waratahs, Rugby Australia, Arizona Diamondbacks, Cronulla Sharks NRLW, Baseball NSW and South Sydney Rabbitohs Junior Pathways as a S&C for Harold Matthews cup as well as Rehab S&C for NSW Cup. Ticara also currently plays baseball and is a part of The Australian Women's squad and debuted in 2023 in Thunder Bay, Canada.

Yannick Mifsud is an International Licensed Weightlifting Coach & both NSW State Team & Australian Team coach. Yannick has also coached multiple athletes to International competitions including a Commonwealth Junior Champion and was a part of the AUS Olympic Team for the 2023 Pacific Games in Solomon Islands - a Qualifying event for Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Yannick currently undertakes roles as a Strength & Conditioning Coach & Assistant Coach for Marconi Stallions who compete in the NSW National Premier League.

William is an ASCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach who graduated from University of Technology in 2023 with a Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science. He has worked in organisations such as NSW Swifts Academy, Netball NSW, & Cricket NSW. He is currently undertaking a role within the Wests Tigers Junior Pathways with experience in coaching Harold Matthews (U17's), SG Ball (U19's), Jersey Flegg (U21's) & West Tigers Cubs Program squads.
