Group Classes

KOAP Class


  • The Knee Osteoarthritis Program is an individualised exercise program designed by Exercise Physiologists targeting strength, muscular endurance deficits and aerobic fitness to enhance function and lifestyle behaviours. The sessions will be weekly and are suitable for anyone wanting to improve their lower limb strength, stability, walking gait and general functional capacity.

Young Athlete Program


  • The SWSM Young Athlete Program is designed to maximise longevity and reduce injury risk for aspiring athletes, whilst also improving other performance markers including speed, power and strength. We facilitate a safe, age-appropriate introduction to elite strength and conditioning principles, by utilising a tried and tested long-term approach to athletic development.

ACL Rehab


  • Our ACL Rehab class is suitable for anyone with an ACL or similar injury at any stage of the rehabilitation process. You will go through weekly sessions targeting Gait, neuromuscular control, balance, landings, plyometrics, strength, conditioning, return to play and injury prevention. Whatever your goal or long-term plan is following a ACL Injury our classes will be tailored to your needs and goals.

Running Program


  • Perfect class for anyone looking to improve their running technique, acceleration/speed, agility and speed endurance. Suitable for those trying to improve these qualities for their desired sport and also for those returning to running post injury.

  • These 1-hour sessions will encompass an effective warm-up and cool-down, skills and drills, acceleration/speed or agility, and interval training to improve speed endurance. Sessions will be held at Doonside Little Athletics Centre, Charlie Bali Reserve, Doonside NSW 2767 (within Nurragingy Reserve) at 5-6pm every Thursday evening.

*All gym and pool entry fees included. Max class size of 8-10 people. Discounts apply 2 or more classes/week.
