Sydney West Sports Medicine currently offers four Hydrotherapy classes per week. All classes are fully supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and are 60 minutes in length. Rehabilitation programs are specifically tailored to your needs and an ability to swim is not necessary.

Classes are done within the Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) as part of the same complex as Sydney West Sports Medicine. The pools are indoor, heated and have chair hoist access. The facility provides lockers, showers and change room facilities, as well as a café.
